By default, in Google Chrome web browser, the Bookmarks bar will be displayed below the address bar only when you open a new tab by clicking on the new tab button. See the snapshot below for details.
But at the time when you are viewing web pages, the bookmarks bar will not be displayed. See the snapshot below for details.
But however, you can make the browser display the bookmarks bar all the time below the address bar. The following How-to guide will walk you through the procedure for how to achieve the task.
1) Click on the Wrench (Tools) icon that you find at the top right corner of your browser window and then point your mouse over Tools and then click on Always show Bookmarks bar.
2) Now, you should see the bookmarks bar displayed all the time even if you are viewing web pages or you are in a new tab page.
By making the browser display the bookmarks bar all the time, it would be easy for you to navigate to your favorite web pages that you have bookmarked with just a single mouse click.
