Apple has denied Windows XP users from accessing its new iCloud feature. This is the third time that windows XP users are getting a shock in a row. First, it was from its own company Microsoft which said that, Internet explorer 9 will not compatible with systems running on their aging but popular operating system Windows XP, and the second time was when it said the new Internet Explorer version 10 which would be released later will be compatible with only Windows 7 and later and, now the third shock, from Apple, which said Windows XP users will be barred access to their newest and exciting iCloud feature.
Apple said that, users will need either Microsoft’s Windows Vista or Windows 7 to gain access to the iCloud feature. This means, almost half the PC users who are still running Windows XP around the globe will not be able to get access to the iCloud feature. A
It is also recommended that users use either Outlook 2007 or 2010 in order to access the Calendars and Contacts.
So, this comes as a wake up call to all users who still prefer the most user-friendly Windows XP operating system. This indicates that Technology is moving forward along with which users themselves have to be at par with it.
